For 90 days the Women’s Confidence, Gratitude and Positivity Journal will guide you through a journey to transform how you see yourself and change how you feel about your body, allowing you to live your life to the fullest.

The Women’s Confidence, Gratitude and Mindset Journal was written by me,  Samantha Davies, a Body Confidence and Boudoir Photographer.  After years of working with women in my photography studio, I have used my experience with my clients to create this journal to help any woman at any stage of her body confidence journey.
